Young ARIAS
Promotion of young talent in reinsurance and arbitration law
Young ARIAS is the junior initiative of ARIAS Germany. It is aimed at young professionals from the insurance and reinsurance industry, as well as students, trainee lawyers, and young professionals.
The members of Young ARIAS work in reinsurance companies and law firms, are active in the fields of reinsurance law and arbitration law, and are shaping the industry of tomorrow.
Young ARIAS offers a platform for young professionals to exchange ideas and engage with dispute resolution in reinsurance. Members have the opportunity to familiarize themselves early on with the specific features of arbitration proceedings in the reinsurance sector and simultaneously build a strong network.
The members meet regularly at the ARIAS Germany annual event and for lunch lectures. They discuss current industry developments that may have an impact on dispute resolution in reinsurance.
Through its affiliation with ARIAS Germany, Young ARIAS gains access to a national and international network in the field of alternative dispute resolution. This initiative thus creates a unique foundation for working as an arbitrator, lawyer, or in-house counsel in the area of dispute resolution within the reinsurance industry.
ARIAS Germany members under 40 years of age are subject to a reduced membership fee.
