Arbitrator
Arbitrators and presiding arbitrators can be certified for a limited period by a committee according to previously established procedures. Criteria for certification include professional knowledge and aptitude, which can be acquired, among other things, through participation in our annual events.
Arbitration clause
In the event of a dispute, the parties may agree to arbitration proceedings in accordance with the rules of ARIAS Germany. To ensure clarity regarding the arbitration process from the outset, it is advisable to include an ARIAS Germany arbitration clause in the contract.
